My recent stay at Hotel Mont Lac in Champex was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Charles went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us an early check-in after our TMB hike. The room was impeccably clean and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds and a bathroom boasting both cleanliness and a heated towel rack-a true luxury. The highlight for us was the balcony overlooking Champex lac, complete with comfortable recliners for relaxation.Not only did the spa area offer a heated pool and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking, but the dining experience at Mimi's was outstanding. The fresh tart each night was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast spread exceeded all expectations, offering a variety of options that catered to every taste. The attention to detail and level of service from the staff truly set Hotel Mont Lac apart. The spotlessly clean facilities and modern alpine décor added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Despite not having a direct view from our room, the private balcony showcasing the stunning Lac Champex view was a definite highlight. The hostess even allowed us to use the sauna and swimming pool after hours, demonstrating an unparalleled level of hospitality.our experience at Hotel Mont Lac surpassed all expectations. From the top-notch amenities to the exceptional service and dining options, this boutique hotel is a must-visit for anyone exploring Champex or embarking on adventures like the TMB. I cannot recommend it highly enough for a truly rejuvenating and memorable Alpine experience.
